Syngenta Corp faces federal penalty

According to an announcement, Agriculture chemical company Syngenta Crop Protection faces a Euro 78,744 federal penalty for mislabeling pesticides at facilities in Nebraska and Missouri.



The Environmental Protection Agency said that Syngenta of Greensboro, N.C., will pay the penalty for violations
