What is OpenIR?
sharewise offers its users access to OpenIR - an innovative service designed to facilitate communication between investors and enterprises. The OpenIR portal allows users to openly and directly get in touch with IR managers and other investors, to ask questions, and to evaluate the company in a number of categories.
Investor Benefits:
Experienced investors can ask business representatives specific questions and gather detailed facts about the enterprise from a large pool of information (document downloads, enterprise calendar, Director Dealings, Ask Area, etc.)
Less experienced investors can expand their knowledge by reading through previously asked questions and learning about the relevance of different issues.
Investors can evaluate an enterprise in a number of separate categories, making a number of different developments within the company more transparent for other users.
More features are already in development! We will be continuously improving this service in order to promote transparency and flow of information between users, investors and enterprises.
We think this is a chance to establish a lasting, high-class dialogue with enterprises and will continue to evangelize as many IR Managers as possible in order for this service to provide the maximum benefit to our users.
